Do I have to pay the full amount when booking online?
Yes, full payment is required to confirm your booking. This allows us to guarantee your time slot and prepare for your arrival in the best possible conditions.
Can the escape game be combined with a full tour of the estate?
Absolutely! We offer several wine tourism packages that allow you to extend the experience with a visit to the estate and a more in-depth tasting of our range of Champagnes.
Please note: This option will not be available until September 2025.
What happens if we don't find the solution in the time available?
The master of the game gives advice when the time runs out, and all the players complete the game!
Are gift vouchers valid until a certain date?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, an extension may be granted on request.
Is it possible to offer this scenario to someone close to you?
Yes, our gift vouchers are valid for one year, can be personalised and are available online.
How do you book this scenario?
Bookings can be made online via our website or by telephone. We recommend that you book at least one week in advance, especially for weekends.
What methods of payment do you accept on site?
We accept payment by credit card, cash and cheque. For online bookings, payment is by credit card.
What is your policy on delays?
To ensure the best possible experience, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your booked time. If you are late, your playing time may be reduced to accommodate subsequent bookings. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee access to the experience if you are more than 20 minutes late. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes, we have free parking for up to 10 vehicles.
What is the ideal number of players?
Our scenarios are optimised for groups of 3 to 5 players, but we welcome teams of 2 to 6 people.
Can children take part?
Players aged 12 and over are welcome. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Is your escape game accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, both our scenarios take place in fully accessible spaces on the same level.
How long does the whole experience last?
Allow around 1? hours in total: 15 minutes for the briefing, 60 minutes for the game and 15 minutes for the debriefing and tasting.
Do you need to know anything about champagne to complete the riddles?
Absolutely not! Our scenarios are designed to be accessible to everyone. No prior knowledge of oenology is necessary to solve the puzzles.
What sets your escape game apart from others?
Our escape game takes place on an authentic Grand Cru wine estate. You play in a place steeped in history, with a real champagne tasting at the end of the experience.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, booking is essential. Our slots are limited, especially at weekends. We recommend that you book at least one week in advance to guarantee your place. Bookings can be made online or by telephone.
How do gift vouchers work when booking?
If you have a gift voucher, all you have to do is enter its unique number in the field provided when booking online, or tell us by telephone if you are booking by telephone.
How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
After booking online, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive it, check your spam or contact us directly on 06 77 11 13 61.
What is your cancellation or postponement policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the date booked may be refunded in full or postponed free of charge. For later cancellations, the full amount remains due, but we can consider a postponement subject to availability.
